Adjust your reading experience
- Use your browser’s Zoom controls to enlarge the page. On many computers, Ctrl + plus or Command + plus increases zoom; Ctrl/Command + zero resets it.
- Use your device’s text-size, magnification, captions or screen-reader options. Our accessible technology guides link to official instructions.
- Use the skip-to-content link at the start of each page to move past navigation.
- Keyboard users can move with Tab and Shift + Tab; activate links with Enter and buttons with Enter or Space.
What is built into this website
Semantic headings and landmarks, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, large targets, readable colours and reduced-motion support are part of the design. Information does not depend on colour alone. There is no autoplay or time limit.
Guides, scam explanations, help links and print resources remain readable without JavaScript. Search filters and the guided check use JavaScript, with simpler guidance visible when it is unavailable.
Printables and plain-language alternatives
Every downloadable PDF has a matching HTML page with the same guidance. The PDFs are for printing and have not been independently certified as accessible. For screen readers or flexible text sizing, choose the HTML version.
Accessibility is more than a test result
Automated checks and keyboard testing can catch some problems, but not every barrier. We do not claim formal WCAG conformance, assistive-technology certification or testing with every device or disability group. Device instructions are checked against documentation, not every physical device.
Help someone without taking over
Ask which format or setting they prefer. Keep one clear action per step. Explain how to undo a change and never assume a disability means someone needs you to make decisions for them.
Known limitations and feedback
Content is currently in English. Automatic translation may change important safety wording. A dedicated monitored feedback channel is not yet established; this is a launch limitation, not a claim that no accessibility barriers exist.
