Our approach

Confidence, not pressure.

Kindred Click brings digital safety and accessible technology together—because being safer online also means being able to use the tools in front of you.

Useful guidance, open to everyone

This is an independent public-benefit website for older adults, disabled people, families and trusted helpers. Guides, examples, printables and the workshop kit are free to use without an account.

We use plain language, show original sources and make room for different ways of reading, hearing and interacting. Age and disability do not define someone’s confidence, experience or decision-making ability.

What this project does not claim

  • It is not a government service, financial institution, healthcare provider, scam-verification service or emergency helpline.
  • No registered charity status, legal incorporation for this project, professional accreditation, partner relationship or agency endorsement is claimed.
  • It does not accept fraud reports, recover money, freeze accounts, sell assistive products or determine eligibility for a program.
  • It does not advertise scheduled workshops or accept bookings. The kit is for self-led use.

A working name, a usable resource

“Kindred Click” is a provisional website name. Final brand selection, domain registration and any formal organizational structure remain separate decisions. Public hosting does not establish legal status.

How the content is made

This is an AI-assisted resource project. Original guidance from public agencies and product documentation is linked so you can inspect it. Source checks and automated tests are not independent professional, legal, medical or accessibility certification.

The example messages and interface illustrations are deliberately fictional. They do not depict actual users, private conversations, incidents, events or partnerships.

Contact and corrections

A dedicated, monitored project contact channel has not been established. We are not displaying an invented address or a form that nobody can answer. For urgent situations or personal account problems, use the official help and reporting routes instead.

If a guide and its original source differ, follow the current official source. Our source standards describe the review boundaries.
